Connecting your WhatsApp account to Sendra is a breeze. Follow these steps for a seamless setup:
Prerequisites:
Facebook Account: To connect your WhatsApp Business API to Sendra, you must have a Facebook account. This is essential because the WhatsApp Cloud API is managed through Meta’s infrastructure, and you will need access to the Facebook Business Manager to manage your WhatsApp Business account.
Remove Existing WhatsApp Number: If your WhatsApp number is already being used in a personal WhatsApp app or a WhatsApp Business app, you need to remove it before proceeding.
For Personal WhatsApp: This step ensures your number can be assigned to the WhatsApp Business API. You can back up your chats and disconnect your number from the personal app.
For WhatsApp Business: You need to delete your WhatsApp Business account in the app, as the same number cannot be used on both the app and the WhatsApp Cloud API simultaneously. Back up any important data before doing so, as this will delete your account's data from the app.

Steps to Connect:
Log in to your Facebook account: Once you’ve made sure your WhatsApp number is free from any app, log in to your Facebook account. You will need this to access the WhatsApp Business API setup in your Facebook Business Manager.
Verify your WhatsApp number: After logging in, you will be prompted to verify your WhatsApp number. This verification is required to ensure the ownership of the number before connecting it to the WhatsApp Cloud API.
